This onboarding process will help you get set up with Aiphilia and learn how to use it. It is divided into two parts:
1. Pre-onboarding survey
This survey will collect some basic information about you and your business. This information will be used to set up your Aiphilia account.
2. Onboarding calls
There are two calls involved in this process:
First, a tech call is where we guide you through the technical setup of Aiphilia. On that call, our team will then help you schedule the second call: a training session.
The training call will then cover the most important features of Aiphilia.
These calls will assist you in getting set up with the platform and learning how to use it on a day-to-day basis.
